I got to visit Sandie (by myself) for a weekend. I went with her to adopt a new cat. X-Ray's person went into the hospital and couldn't care for her anymore. The neighbors arranged her adoption into a safe home. When we arrived, X-Ray sauntered down the driveway toward us. She's very friendly.
Sitting on the deck (one-eyed Ellie looks on from inside.) We were waiting to get X-Ray to the vet for a de-fleaing pill. X-Ray was covered in fleas.
At Princeton Animal Hospital, they gave her a pill to make the fleas drop off within 30 minutes - 2 hours. They also gave her other meds (de-worming, etc.) They estimated she is 12. Sandie reports X-Ray is doing well and befriending her Fat Ricky. The vet says her health is much better.
