eggs & a haircut

Happy to be held by Tracy, who babysat

while I got a much-needed haircut.

The boys with black eggs from Hakone. They're blackened by boiling in the sulphur springs high in the mountains. Sold & stored at room temp. I cracked one, and it was soft-boiled. I ate it and was fine. Then I extra hard-boiled the rest! They tasted like normal eggs, but a little bit sulphury.
