We really wanted to adventure off base, so we drove a scenic mountain loop around Lake Okutama.
This mountainside has a hiking trail (can you see the switchbacks?) No thanks!
It's so quiet up here.
We finished with late lunch and playtime at Hinode Mall.The sushi train (conveyer belt-style) restaurants are perfect for eating with Ariel. I can quickly grab what I want while feeding her, and letting her play with rice, chopsticks, etc. Plus, they have plenty of hot & cold water, dishes, wet wipes, and you just hit a button for anything else you need. Yasui desu! (cheap)
